Focus Of Practice

In my experience in dealing with a host of issues and complaints, it has become very obvious that all the issues related to fear of intimacy, depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, ADHD, loneliness, isolation, anger, addiction, abuse, relationship struggles, etc. are all traceable to unhealthy-esteem, or an insecure view of one's self. The most important thing any of us can do is develop a healthy, truthful personal belief system or identity, as what we believe about ourselves has serious, ongoing ramifications. How we see ourselves tends to be our destiny.

Fundamentally, it is an individual's personal assessment of self, the implicit or experienced identity which shapes the personal belief system. Whatever that belief system is, it is from that source that one's thoughts and behaviors are organized. It is the template by which we continue to see most of our experience through.

The focus of my practice is to assist individuals in coming to have a very healthy and truthful belief of themself. The resulting outcome of this change is peace of mind, happiness, personal confidence, improved relationships, energy, empowerment, and motivation.

In addition to the Program I developed in acheiving the above objective, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am able to assist presenting issues by additionally providing:
